We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at order@mcpromotion.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Central House, Via Pisana 33, 56025 Pontedera (PI), Italy.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items), and personal care products (like beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day Returns Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
