After making us dance and sing along to his remixes of Mango's “La Rondine,” performed by Melody Castellari (Lady Violet), Irene Cara's “You Need Me,” and Loretta Goggi's “Io nascerò,” Zio Peter releases “Rise Up,” his first original track. To do so, he collaborates with international artists.

Annerley and Dhany are the two singers and official voices of the song Rise Up. Annerley Gordon, author of Corona's “The Rhythm of the Night” and the voice of the global hit “2 Times” (as Ann Lee), also wrote the lyrics and melody for Rise Up, giving the song the strength and identity that only her pen can provide. Alongside her is Dhany, a longtime colleague and friend, who in 1995 debuted with the KMC project on the single “Somebody to Touch Me” and later became the vocalist for the Benassi Bros on unforgettable tracks like “Hit My Heart,” “Every Single Day,” and “Illusion.” The male voice is Carl Fanini, frontman of Club House (“Light My Fire,” “Nowhere Land”) and East Side Beat (“Ride Like the Wind”), two projects that achieved enormous European success and led him to perform on Top of the Pops UK. In Rise Up, Carl delivers a "Disco Fever" cameo, referencing another of his great 90s hits.
