We are thrilled to release the brand new remixes of an absolute classic by Aural Float, the legendary collaboration between Pascal FEOS, Gabriel Le Mar and Alex Azary. Originally released on their debut album “Introspectives” for the mighty Elektrolux Records in 1995, “South Of The Clouds Pt.2” quickly became the longplayer’s stand out track and a fan favourite, as it embodied the very essence of Frankfurt’s then hypnotic and no-nonsense sound. On the A-side, label boss Gregor Tresher delivers an epic 11-minute journey that pays homage to the timeless original, while updating it for modern dancefloors. Through layers and layers of subtle percussive lines, Gregor's remix unfolds over time, with bold breakdowns that allow the characteristic melodic line time to breathe, only to culminate in the return of the mighty rhythm and taking everything to a superior sonic level. On the other hand, our dear friends Extrawelt once again provide us with yet another exceptional production, which carries their distinctive sound. The boys respectfully incorporate the original melodic line, perfecting the remix with their unmistakable distinctive sound and sophisticated rhythmic structures.
