Kerri Chandler releases "Lost & Found Vol. 2" this March, marking the second chapter in the series focusing on tracks from his archive.
Kerri Chandler's Kaoz Theory presented the "Spaces & Places" LP in 2022, which showcases Kerri's decades-long career traveling the world and includes recordings produced on the dancefloors of many important clubs such as DC10, Sub Club, Rex, Printworks, and others.
Here, the label ushers in 2023 with a look at Chandler's archival material, offering four tracks in his inimitable and iconic style.
"Fluff Rehab" leads the way, with Kerri offering crisp percussion, spiraling dub, and vibrant bass pulses.
Next up is "What If," which shifts the focus to a more soulful vibe, blending a wandering bassline and airy textures with vocal chants, etched keys, and a gritty drum groove.
"Who Are You (Main Vox)" then opens the B-side, maintaining an equally soul-infused atmosphere, incorporating Kerri's harmonious vocals into the mix alongside a crisp, swinging beat and jazz elements.
